Silicon Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide Products
Using high purity SiC and special additives as raw materials, Horton silicon nitride bonded SiC blocks are sintered in nitriding furnace. The product shows high strength, good abrasive resistance under high temperature, high thermal conduction etc. Especially, it offers superior resistance against oxidation, alkaline, CO and thermal shock.
