Furnace Tube

 



1. Furnace rolls. the OD from min.60mm to max.1600mm. the shells are produced by centrifugal castings. 

2.application: the various furnace rollers are used in the furnaces for steel mills, like CAL(continuous annealing line), 
CGL(continuous galvanizing line)
It is characteristic of heat resistant, corrosion resistant and wear resistant. 

3.Material: Heat resistant high chrome and nickel containing alloys AISI 310, AISI 309, HD - 28/5 -1.4823, HH - 25/12 - 1.4837, 
HK40 - 25/20 - 1.4848, HP - 25/35 - 1.4852, 20/32 alloy 800H, 50/50 Nb, or at customers request. 


4.Working temperature: depending on the materials(average: 800-1200 centigrade) 

5.Quality control: 


We carry out very strict quality control from raw material to each step of the process, until the finished product is dispatched.
To make sure the highest quality possible, each test is carried out strictly with our in-house testing facilities. The most generally used
methods of testing given below: 

Chemical analysis by Spectrometer 
Mechanical tests in Normal and High temperature. 
Ultrasonic, X-ray, Dye Penetrant Test. 
Boroscope; Eddy current testing; Microscope ; Pressure tests.
